My culinary art class can only be desribe with I one word " perductived". My teachers consist of Sandy, who basicly teaches our
class and you have Dave, whos in charge of the fire line were food is made and sent out in the diner. Our class basicly covers
food safety , cross contamination and food borne ill-nesses. I"m taking this class because I couldn't get into my first pick during
orientation. I Enjoy that we are learning how to cook new and exciteding gourmet foods. I like how we get to eat what we make.
I Learned how to cook in a more suitable and respectable fashion. I would love to cook more challenging gourmet foods.
If I have to improve the class I would have a more proficient work production happen in the kitchen to provide a steady and
sufficient process.
